10 Auburn commits highlight state’s roster for 38th annual Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game

The Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game is set to be played the week after the Super 7 championships and Alabama has officially released its roster with just over a month until kickoff.

According to 247 Sports Composite rankings, the top 14 recruits in the state have made the roster. 30 of the 41 players on the roster are already committed to play college football somewhere including 20 of them committed to an SEC program.

Alabama all-stars

As always, there will be plenty of talent on the field when Alabama and Mississippi pit their best high school football players against each other for an annual rivalry game.

Here’s a quick breakdown of where some of the players on Alabama’s roster are committed to play next season:

  • 10 commits: Auburn
  • 3 commits: Alabama
  • 2 commits each: Miami, Ohio State, Mississippi State
  • 1 commit each: Arkansas, Duke, Florida, Georgia Southern, Louisville, MTSU, North Alabama, Ole Miss, Texas, Texas A&M, Tulane, USC

According to 247 Sports, there 14 4-star recruits and one 5-star recruit on the roster. That lone 5-star is Parker’s Na’eem Offord who is currently committed to Ohio State.

The state’s offense will be led by quarterbacks KJ Lacey of Saraland (Texas commit) and Mason Mims of Oxford (Louisville commit). Those guys may be taking the snaps but expect the running backs to get plenty of carries between:

  • Alvin Henderson, Elba | Auburn commit
  • Anthony Rogers, Carver Montgomery | Alabama commit
  • Kolin Wilson, Gulf Shores | Mississippi State commit

The defense is highlighted by several stars committed to Hugh Freeze and Auburn. The Tigers are currently ranked 5th in the country for the 2025 recruit rankings, which includes 10 players who made this all-star roster.

38th annual All-Star Game

Alabama leads the all-time series against Mississippi, 26-11, including a win last season that included an MVP performance from Ryan Williams.
