Cullman, a small town nestled in North Alabama, comes alive with its popular Oktoberfest celebration each fall. It’s also the home of a little music festival known as Rock the South. That said, Cullman remains one of the least-crowded southern towns in the fall to visit.

See the beauty for yourself and give these excursions a go, courtesy of The Travel:

  • Drive along County Roads 222 and 397
  • Stop at picturesque Smith Lake Park.
  • Tackle the Brindlee Mountain scenic loop.
