4 Alabama golf courses ranked among most difficult in the nation—find out why

Golf continues to grow across the country since the beginning of the pandemic and that same trend is true in Alabama. The state is home to some of the best courses but also some of the most difficult courses.
According to the latest course ratings from the United States Golf Association (USGA), three Alabama courses rank in the top 20 toughest courses in the country. The state has four total in the top 100, all of them a part of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail.
