With days warming up, there’s never been a better time to dine outside. Whether a bar, rooftop restaurant, or an outdoor patio, Montgomery has plenty to offer. Here are some of our favorite outdoor dining spots in Montgomery.

1. Taste

It’s not just a conventional bar or lounge, it’s a charming tapas bar and restaurant that offers excellent beverage choices and a space for live music and good conversation. The menu offers tapas, salads, even charcuteries with nuts and meats, and mouthwatering desserts like their blueberry foster. My favorite dish here was the tomato bruschetta, and the classy vibes of the establishment are here to stay.

Craving Mexican food? La Zona Rosa offers authentic Mexican Tex-Mex and Salvadorian cuisine. Some of the dishes they serve are traditional like paella and the Salvadorian dish, pupusa, and more creative and flavorful dishes like tortas, a Mexican sub sandwich. The different types of tacos here are a customer favorite. Not only does La Zona Rosa offer a large menu of dishes and happy-hour specials, they have a patio balcony that has a great view. The atmosphere here makes it a great place to unwind with friends or take a date.

The establishment also works with Little Free Library, a nonprofit organization that works to share books all over, and have a book shelf available inside.
