1. $4.9M renovation of Samford Hall at Samford University

Birmingham’s Samford University is making big strides on their 20-year Campus Master Plan. Approved in 2016, the four-phase Campus Master Plan aims to improve campus infrastructure, increase energy efficiency and create a sustainable campus for future generations of students.
Last week, Samford University received approval to move forward with a $4.9M renovation project for the Frank Park Samford Hall. Birmingham-based Hoar Construction, LLC is leading the project as the general contractor.
