ASU expert receives invitation to lecture in Switzerland—here’s what we know

Alabama State University’s very own Dr. Gulnaz Javan, a world-renowned expert on forensic death studies, has been officially invited to speak at the University of Lausanne.

What’s on the agenda
Dr. Javan plans on sharing her scientific insights on cadaver death and microbial data. The University launched its new area of study, Master of Science in Human Taphonomy, the study of anything concerning the decomposition of the human body.
Since becoming a notable expert in her teachings, Dr. Javan has published several works regarding human decomposition and post-mortem investigations.
