It’s time to indulge, because Thursday, October 28 is National Chocolate Day. To satisfy that sweet tooth, we discovered three chocolate cocktails being served in Auburn that will Blow. Your. Mind.

The “Campy” War Eagle is now featured on The Collegiate Hotel’s seasonal drink menu. This delicious cocktail contains cold-brewed coffee infused with vanilla, vodka, crème de cacao and graham cracker milk. Topped with a charred marshmallow and a dark chocolate and crushed graham cracker rim, this drink will transport you to a cozy winter campfire.

2. Niffer’s Mudslide

Served at Niffer’s, a classic Auburn restaurant, the mudslide is a staple you don’t want to pass up. The cocktail consists of Baileys, Kahlua, vodka, chocolate and blended ice cream. It’s completed with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and a cherry on top.

Bonus: Pair it with Niffer’s famous appetizer, the corn nuggets.

3. Avondale’s White Chocolate Martini
