Has your local dog park become a bit dull? Get ready to howl because Good Dog Park ups the game for dogs and their humans. Its mission— to bring community-minded people and their dogs together in a fun, safe and creative space.

Recently opened in Birmingham and Auburn, Tuscaloosa is next spot on the list, opening in a 15,000-square-foot venue at 1706 16th Street.

Aren’t familiar with Good Dog Park? Here’s what you should know:

  • It’s a turfed, off-leash dog park that offers fun for dogs and their humans. 
  • It features a bar for humans to enjoy beer, wine and seltzers. (Though snacks and meals won’t be made on-site, you’ll find food trucks available across the street at Annette Shelby Park.)
