Final tune-ups before the Iron Bowl + a pair of D2 playoff games: See full in-state schedule for Week 13

We know you already have one eye on next weekend’s Iron Bowl in Tuscaloosa (we do too!) but there is a lot of football to be played between now and then.
Both Alabama and Auburn have one more SEC game to play before facing each other and both games have high stakes this weekend. Plus, there will be a couple of Division II playoff games as well as several other in-state teams playing at home.

Miles, West Alabama selected for D-II playoffs
There are two in-state teams who will be battling for the NCAA Division II National Championship on the gridiron.
Miles and West Alabama both earned spots in the field of 24 teams, both in the same region with a potential quarterfinal matchup between the two teams possible.

Week 13 schedule
No midweek games in Week 13 make for a loaded Saturday slate. It’s the final home game of the season for a few teams including UAB, Jacksonville State, Samford and Auburn.
