Forbes names America’s Best Midsize Employers
How do you identify the best employers in the country? What makes one company better to work for than another?
Well, Forbes has it down to a science. The company partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 60,000 Americans. The criteria? Each one had to work for a business with at least 1,000 employees.
The survey asked participants to rate their “willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family, and to nominate organizations other than their own” to find the top contenders. The final list is compiled of the 500 midsize employers that got the most recommendations.
