How much it could cost you to attend the Iron Bowl of Basketball in 2025
Reading time: 3 minutes

There is already plenty of history behind the Iron Bowl rivalry from the gridiron to the mats to the diamond. But 2025 is going to provide us some new history, reaching heights that maybe no other sport ever has in the Iron Bowl.
The Alabama and Auburn men’s basketball teams will meet inside Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa on Saturday, Feb. 15. The tickets have been sold out for months but since both teams are living up to the hype + then some, resale prices have only gone up.
So just how much could it cost to attend the first ever top-5 matchup on the hardwood in the rivalry’s history?
Auburn at Alabama, Feb. 15

It won’t be easy to get in the doors at Coleman Coliseum though. Expect to see a long line of students outside the arena long before the 3PM tipoff.
If you’re still wanting to get a ticket though, you’ll have to hit the resale market. Here are some of the numbers from popular ticketing sites as of Feb. 7:
- Most expensive available ticket
- Vivid Seats: $4,261
- SeatGeek: $3,186
- StubHub: $3,096
- TicketMaster: $2,357
- Cheapest available ticket
- SeatGeek: $375
- Vivid Seats: $376
- StubHub: $413
- TicketMaster: $447
If both teams win this Saturday (2/8), it would likely mean both teams would remain in the top 3 in the AP Poll. A Duke loss could potentially set up a No. 1 vs. No. 2 matchup, something that has never happened in any sport for an Alabama-Auburn matchup.
But fans may not care that much where their team is ranked in mid-February. This game is still about bragging rights with a the winner a possible SEC regular season championship.
The game in Tuscaloosa is scheduled to tip off at 3PM, Saturday, Feb. 15.
Alabama at Auburn, March 8

The two teams will meet again when Auburn hosts the Tide in the regular season finale for both teams. The Tigers won the matchup in Neville Arena last year but Alabama has stayed competitive on The Plains, winning two of the last four meetings on the road.
One team will be looking for revenge when this game rolls around and it could end up determining the regular season conference title. Plus it could play a big factor in seeding just a few days before the SEC Tournament.
Neville Arena holds more than 5,000 less people than Coleman Coliseum which means this one will be an even tougher ticket to find. Here’s a look at ticket prices for the game in Auburn as of Feb. 7:
- Most expensive available ticket
- SeatGeek: $3,257
- Vivid Seats: $4,955
- TicketMaster: $5,096
- StubHub: $9,505
- Cheapest available ticket
- SeatGeek: $530
- StubHub: $562
- Vivid Seats: $579
- TicketMaster: $852
The game is scheduled to tip off at 1PM on Saturday, March 8.
