New restaurant & rooftop bar coming to Huntsville’s 106 Jefferson hotel

A new restaurant & rooftop bar is in the works for 106 Jefferson, a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in downtown Huntsville. Keep reading for all the details on this exciting addition to Huntsville’s nightlife scene.

106 Jefferson, Curio Collection by Hilton

Announced in mid-2018, 106 Jefferson is an upcoming luxury boutique hotel located almost smack-dab in the middle of downtown Huntsville. The hotel is a part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, a brand of upscale hotels within Hilton’s portfolio. Several other Alabama hotels fall under this brand, including Birmingham’s Redmont Hotel and the Valley Hotel in Homewood.

At 106 Jefferson, guests will have easy access to the many attractions in downtown Huntsville, including:

• Dozens of restaurants and shopping options, including The Poppy and Parliament and Northside Coffee
• The Huntsville Museum of Art
• Big Spring International Park
• The Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment Center
• The countless Antebellum and Victorian-era homes in the Twickenham Historic District

The address is no stranger to hotels. In fact, the block was originally home to the Huntsville Hotel, a Victorian-era inn that stood tall from 1858 to 1911. Once complete, 106 Jefferson will carry on that tradition.

1. Revivalist Restaurant & Bar

• Monday – Friday | 6AM to 11PM
• Saturday & Sunday | 7AM to 11PM

Located inside 106 Jefferson, the Revivalist Restaurant & Bar is meant to homage to the site’s original tavern. At Revivalist, you’ll find regional American dishes inspired by European classics. The full-service restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the accompanying bar will offer a lineup of signature cocktails.

2. Baker & Able Rooftop Bar

• Sunday – Thursday | 4PM to 11PM
• Friday & Saturday | 4PM to 12AM
• (Hours may vary)

Atop the highest level of 106 Jefferson you’ll find Baker & Able, a rooftop lounge offering signature cocktails and an unparalleled view of downtown Huntsville. The bar is named after Miss Baker and Able, two monkeys who became the first animals to survive a trip into space aboard a Huntsville-built Jupiter rocket.
