Prattville, Montgomery & Millbrook to host Oscar Mayer Wienermobile this weekend

Don’t be surprised if you spot a “rolling hot dog” this weekend on the streets of Montgomery, Prattville and Millbrook. The iconic Oscar Mayer Wienermobile is visiting Central Alabama this weekend.

- Thursday, January 25 – Prattville Walmart, 1903 Cobbs Ford Road, Prattville –
11:00AM-5:00PM
- Friday, January 26 – Ann Street Walmart, 851 Ann Street, Montgomery –
10:00AM-4:00PM - Saturday, January 27 – Millbrook Mardi Gras Parade – NOON
- Sunday, January 28 – Ann Street Walmart, 851 Ann Street, Montgomery –
11:00AM-2:00PM and Prattville Walmart, 1903 Cobbs Ford Road, Prattville – 3:00PM-6:00PM
Fun fact: The first Wienermobile was created by Carl Mayer, the nephew of the company’s founder. The original reason for the 13-foot metal hot dog on wheels? To transport the company’s spokesperson.
Next Stop
After the Central Alabama tour, the Wienermobile’s next scheduled stop is at Saraland, Alabama’s Mardi Gras Parade on February 10th.
