I consider myself a bit of a karaoke aficionado. If my friends & I are out and karaoke is an option, I will be singing & we cannot leave the bar ’til I have my moment. So, with that in mind – I’ve rounded up four spots with karaoke and open mic nights around Mobile so you, too, can have your moment in the spotlight.

Sandshaker at the Wharf

Sandshaker at The Wharf hosts Ladies’ Night karaoke (with $2 bubbly, no less!) every Tuesday night starting at 8 o’clock. They also host another karaoke night on Thursdays at 8PM.

Midtown Pub Karaoke

Midtown Pub here in Mobile is an adorable little dive bar (LGBTQ+ owned, too!) that holds a karaoke night every Friday starting at 9PM. They also host drag shows & tons of other fun nightlife events.

Karaoke night at Tacky Jack’s

If you’re down at the beach and still want to get your karaoke on, Tacky Jack’s in Gulf Shores has you covered. Every Thursday night, starting at 6 o’clock, you can sing to your heart’s content…or until they close at 9, whichever comes first.

Weekly Open Mic Mondays at Blues Tavern

Monday nights at Blues Tavern off Halls Mill Road in Mobile are all about you and your talents. You can join a live band for their open mic nights, which start at 7:30. If you have guitar (or piano, drums etc.) skills, feel free to hop on an instrument, too.
