USS Alabama ranked as 6th best museum ship in the country

For the first time in nine years, the USS Alabama has been recognized by USA Today’s 10Best Reader’s Choice Awards.
The battleship in Mobile Bay earned No. 6 on the media outlet’s list of best museum ships around the country. It last made the list in 2016 as the No. 10 best museum ship.

USS Alabama
There are plenty of reasons to stop by the USS Alabama Memorial Battleship Park, giving visitors a chance to learn more about not only the ship’s history but much more.
“Visitors to the USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park in Mobile, Alabama, can not only tour the park’s namesake battleship and National Historic Landmark, but they can also tour the USS Drum, a submarine that patrolled from Pearl Harbor during WWII. Both vessels are open for self-guided tours, and the park also has on display a collection of 30 military aircraft.”
