2. Stay up-to-date on vaccines
Staying healthy can feel like a constant task. One thing that can help is knowing which immunizations are needed and when.
According to Dr. Richard Embrey, the Medical Director at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, immunizations protect you from common bacterial and viral diseases. They also protect your family, classmates, the elderly and immunocompromised people.
