Whether you’re an artist or an art-lover, put Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment at the top of your Huntsville to-do list. In its 120-year history, Lowe Mill has acted as a warehouse and a shoe factory until it became a home for Huntsville artists.
What is Lowe Mill now?
We’re glad you asked. This former mill, warehouse and factory has been transformed into a place where locals and visitors alike can experience art right before their eyes.
This facility houses over 200 artists within 150 studios. You can walk through Lowe Mill and visit the artists themselves while they work. You can get a glimpse into the artistic process and even purchase pieces to bring home with you.

3. A must-see: the outdoor market
Lowe Mill hosts an outdoor market for vendors to bring products made by hand, second hand and by the earth. This gives the community a unique outdoor shopping experience and an opportunity to shop locally.
