New powersports dealership in Opelika among high-dollar building permits

This past week, 14 new building permits were issued across the state for construction projects exceeding $1 million. These permots are for projects in Madison County, the Auburn-Opelika area, the Birmingham metro and Gadsden.

The priciest of these permits is for a new Extreme Powersports dealership in Opelika.

Extreme Powersports dealership relocating in Opelika

A building permit for $9.2 million was issued last week to Webb Builders for a new Extreme Powersports dealership at the corner of Birmingham Highway and Grand National Parkway.

Extreme Powersports is currently located at 1110 Frederick Rd. in Opelika.
