This will be College Gameday’s 19th trip to Tuscaloosa for an Alabama football game, 14 of those coming during the Saban era.

The Crimson Tide is just 9-9 at home when Gameday is in town, winning three of the last four. Texas did knock off Alabama when ESPN had its show there in Week 2.

College Gameday has been in Tuscaloosa the last three times the Tide has hosted Georgia, with the Bulldogs winning in 2002 and 2007. Alabama won the game in 2020 when Gameday was held without a crowd inside the stadium.
