The National Fitness Campaign (NFC), a wellness consulting firm, has developed open-air exercise spots to make getting movement in more accessible. Thanks to sponsorship from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, these courts are completely free.

On June 17, 2022, the FIRST Fitness Court in Alabama opened in Prattville, and now, you can check this innovative gym out for yourself.

All Fitness Courts have seven stations, and each of them allows you to use your own body weight to work out. Not familiar with tons of workouts? Same. Thankfully, there’s a corresponding mobile app with plenty of free workouts.
