Women’s NIT Championship Game

Neither team has ever made it to the NIT championship game before but both teams have become regulars in postseason play over the last decade.

With a win Saturday, Troy will match its highest win total for a single season in program history. The Trojans are also looking to become the second team from Alabama to win the tournament, following Auburn which won the postseason NIT in 2003.

Meanwhile, Buffalo has already matched its highest win total of all-time—tying its 2017-18 season when the Bulls went to the Sweet 16.

The Bulls are considered the slight favorite with ESPN Analytics giving Buffalo a 65.1% chance to win.
