Tuesday Morning, the beleaguered home decor retailer is closing its remaining six stores across the state of Alabama.
According to a statement from the company and its website, the Texas-based company is going out of business and has immediately begun liquidation sales.

Tuesday Morning filed for bankruptcy in February 2023, initially shuttering 10 stores in Alabama.
Company efforts to reorganize were unsuccessful.
Below is the list of the last six Alabama stores that are closing:
- Plantation Pointe, Fairhope
- Florence Square, Florence
- Riviere Square, Foley
- Village Shoppes of Madison, Madison
- Carriage Towne Shopping Center, Mobile
- Eastern Shore Plaza, Spanish Fort
What About Redeeming Gift Cards and Returns?

Here are the details from the Tuesday Morning news release:
“Gift cards will be honored through May 13, 2023. All sales are final during this store closing event. Merchandise purchased prior to April 28, 2023, may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date with the original receipt and in accordance with usual policies.”
Tuesday Morning is the second major U.S. retailer to go out of business within the past two weeks. On April 23rd, Bed Bath and Beyond announced it is winding down its operations.
