Last week, a total of 20 million-dollar-plus construction permits (19 commercial and 1 residential) were awarded to contractors throughout Alabama. In Madison, Alabama, a Tuscaloosa-based real estate management company is taking on a large, multi-family dwelling development located next to the Church of the Highlands Huntsville Campus. Since 1955, Sealy Management Company has specialized in ownership and management of over 9,500 apartments throughout the Southeast, in places like Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, Huntsville and Mobile.
2. $23M Apartment Complex in Opelika
