4 new million-dollar construction permits approved in Alabama, February 22nd

Last week, a total of 4 commercial million-dollar-plus construction permits were awarded to contractors throughout Alabama. We’ve got the inside scoop on these newly-issued permits, including contractor names, contacts, permit values, project addresses and much more. Let’s get started.
1. A $2.4M mixed-use property for Studio No. 5, LLC

- Project Address: 3009 Pumphouse Road, Vestavia Hills, AL 35243
- Project: A new mixed-use development in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
- Owner of Project: Station No. 5 LLC
- Contractor/Builder: Stewart Perry Company, Inc
Big news for the Cahaba Heights neighborhood in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Last week, Studio No. 5 LLC received the go-ahead on a new mixed-use project in Cahaba Heights. Studio No. 5 LLC is an affiliate of Fresh Hospitality, the company behind some of Birmingham’s favorite local restaurants including:
Birmingham-based Stewart Perry Company, Inc will be taking the lead on the project. Once complete, the 1.5-acre plot will include 7,750 square feet of office space and 3,600 square feet of retail space.
