9 new million-dollar construction permits approved in Alabama, March 15th

Last week, a total of 9 new million-dollar-plus construction permits were awarded to contractors throughout Alabama. We’ve got the inside scoop on these newly-issued permits, including contractor names, contacts, permit values, project addresses and much more. Let’s get started.
City Harbor at Lake Guntersville

A major mixed-use development along the banks of Lake Guntersville is making big strides. On February 5th, Guntersville City Officials joined members of Lakeside Investments and Milam & Company Construction to break ground on the City Harbor at Lake Guntersville.
Once complete, the City Harbor at Lake Guntersville will offer 55,000 square feet of restaurants, entertainment venues, retail space and more directly on the water, including:
- Another Broken Egg Cafe
- The Southern Brewers Co-Operative
- La Esquina Cocina
- The Wake Eatery
The City Harbor at Lake Guntersville is expected to be complete by 2022, although some tenants may be able to move in beforehand.
