Madison apartments among 10 new million-dollar-plus building permits
This week saw 10 new million-dollar-plus building permits issued in Alabama, although none of the projects exceeded $10 million, and only one exceeded $5 million.
An addition to the Madison County apartment complex 1010 Elliston was the largest permit issued, at just above $6 million. Here’s more about these million-dollar-plus building permits:
Madison’s 1010 Elliston apartments expanding
Sealy Construction is listed as the contractor for two building permits at 1010 Elliston Place, which broke ground in 2021 initially on nine new multi-family apartment developments in Madison. Since then, the complex has quickly filled, and new units are on the way.
The $22 million apartment complex will undergo a $6.8 million expansion, according to the new permits issued for Sealy. The apartment community at 1010 Elliston Place NW Madison, AL 35757 offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
