As part of the City of Auburn’s Parks‚ Recreation‚ & Culture Master Plan, the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center will receive an 8,000 square-foot expansion for dance classes and much-needed studio, classroom and gallery space for the Dean Road Ceramics Studio. In addition, the renovation of the Center will include renovations and improvements to:

• Storage areas
• Office space
• Restrooms
• Doorways
• Kitchen
• Main entrance

New parking options and a new sidewalk will be constructed for the facility. The project is anticipated to be completed by January 8, 2024.
