Earlier this year, officials broke ground on The Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott in Town Madison—the first dual-branded Marriott in North Alabama. Overlooking Toyota Field—home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas—the five-story, 208-room hotel is expected to be complete by Fall 2023.
Owned by Dunn Hospitality Group, The Courtyard and Residence Inn will combine two hotel experiences under the Marriott umbrella. Residence Inns are designed to accommodate guests for an extended visit, while the Courtyard is designed to offer a more typical, short-term hotel experience.
