Iron & Oak Apartments (New Multifamily in Birmingham)

A new multifamily development is in the works in Birmingham. Named Iron & Oak, this 259-unit & 304,000+ square-foot development will be located on Red Mountain and offer an excellent view of Jones Valley.
Inside, Iron & Oak will offer 138 one-bedroom apartments and 121 two-bedroom floor plans, each with a balcony or patio. Residents will have access to a number of amenities, including:
- A pool
- A fitness center
- An outdoor recreation area
- A clubhouse
- An outdoor lounge area
- Grilling stations
- Private office spaces
- A club kitchenette
- Connection to the nearby Vulcan Trail
- And more!
National development firm RISE is serving as the general contractor, developer and property manager for Iron & Oak, and plans to have the project complete by Summer 2023.
