A new mixed-use development is coming soon to Huntsville! Located on the corner of Bradford and Wynn Drive in the heart of Cummings Research Park, The Arcadia will be located on one of the busiest corners in the city and will be right across the street from the new Alabama School of Cyber Technology.
Once complete, floors 2-5 of The Arcadia will contain 231 residential units, while the first floor will offer:
- 17,350 square-feet of commercial ground floor space.
- 11,575 square-feet of coworking/office space and retail space.
- 5,775 square-feet of restaurant/retail space.
