Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp has begun construction of Gateway Village, a multi-million dollar luxury apartment project in Athens, Alabama. Designed with the help of architect English & Associates and developer Centerpointe Athens Partners, the 263,351 square-foot Gateway Village will include:

• 136 single-bedroom apartments
• 88 two-bedroom apartments
• 32-three-bedroom apartments
• A saltwater pool
• Fitness Center
• Dog Park
• Office Space
