3 new high-dollar building permits issued in Alabama

This past week, three new building permits were issued throughout the state for construction projects exceeding $1 million. These new permits are spread out — with one in North Alabama, one in the Birmingham metro and another in Tuscaloosa.

The largest of this week’s building permits is a $13 million project at the North River Yacht Club in Tuscaloosa.

The lead contractor on this project is Elite Building.
