Haven’t heard of Slim Chickens? Well, you have now. Although this Arkansas-based chicken joint boasts 100+ locations in 19 states, they don’t yet have a location in Alabama. However, that is all about to change. Earlier this year, Slim Chickens announced their plans to open several restaurants in cities like:

Tuscaloosa
Madison AND Huntsville
Birmingham
Pell City
Florence
Auburn
Montgomery
Dothan
Enterprise
Mobile
Muscle Shoals

Two restaurants are currently under construction in Tuscaloosa (located at 635 Skyland Boulevard and 2520 McFarland Boulevard). In addition, Slim Chickens was recently approved to construct a new location in Muscle Shoals. We can’t wait to try it!
