3M plant in Decatur among new million-dollar-plus building permits

This past week, seven new building permits were issued across Alabama for construction projects exceeding $1 million. These permits include one in North Alabama, five in the Birmingham metro and another in Auburn.
A $10 million permit was issued for a project at the 3M plant in Decatur, which was this week’s priciest permit.
