28 new building permits issued for million-dollar-plus projects in Alabama

This week, 28 new building permits were issued for construction projects exceeding $1 million. Of these new building permits, 21 of them are for The Collier at Clift Farm, an apartment project in Madison.

Here’s what we know about these new building permits:

The Collier at Clift Farm

Nearly two dozen permits were pulled by Sterling Highlands LLC, which is the construction company for Tynes Development in Birmingham. Total, the project comes in at $47.5 million.

Although no renderings of the project are available at this time, according to Tynes Development, we do know that the apartment complex will include 316 units located on Jack Clift Blvd.
