INFAC facility in Auburn among new $1M+ building permits

This past week saw 18 new building permits issued statewide for construction projects exceeding $1 million, This includes six projects in the Huntsville area, six in the Birmingham metro and three in the Auburn-Opelika area.

INFAC facility in Auburn

INFAC, a Kentucky-based auto supplier, purchased a 160,000-square-foot industrial facility in Auburn Technology Park West back in May. The company specializes in core automotive components, traditional control cables and emerging electric vehicle parts.
