Rheumatology Associates facility in Huntsville among new high-dollar permits
Statewide, 17 new building permits were issued this week for construction projects exceeding $1 million. These projects include eight in North Alabama, four in Tuscaloosa and four in the Birmingham metro.
Here’s some more info on these building permits:
Rheumatology Associates of North Alabama building
The new Rheumatology Associates of North Alabama facility in Huntsville is a $10 million project led by Robins & Morton. Here are a few details on the project:
- The facility is located in Bellewood Park off Whitesburg Dr.
- The single-story medical office building will be 20,500 square feet and will sit on 2.1 acres.
- The practice will have 24 exam rooms, four nurse stations, a lab, an infusion room, an X-ray room and numerous offices.
- Chapman Sisson is serving as the architect.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
