Announced earlier this year, Anthem House is a new multi-million dollar mixed-use development located in Huntsville’s booming MidCity District—an area that’s expected to top $1.5 billion in private investments over the next five years. Once complete, Anthem House will include:

• 330 apartment units
• 35,000 square feet of creative office space
• 32,000 square feet of street-level retail space

Huntsville-based developer RCP Companies anticipates completing the Anthem House development by early 2025.
