DC Blox, a provider of secure, reliable data centers in the Southeast, recently began the expansion of their Birmingham data center. Located in downtown Birmingham near the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and Innovation Depot, the data center is one of five operational DC Blox facilities in the Southeast. In addition to Birmingham, DC Blox operates data centers in:

Huntsville, AL
Atlanta, GA
Chatanooga, TN
Greenville/Spartanburg, SC.

The expansion of DC Blox’s Birmingham data center includes an additional data hall, accommodating 36 High Performance Compute (HPC)-capable cabinets and 240 standard cabinets.
